Can I sue you, Bethesda, for giving me gastritis?

So I got The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim when it was released. I played it for 3 days straight with 5 hour sleep each night. It was so addictive and stressful like the other TES games. This lead to me getting sick from gastritis.
So now I'd like to sue Bethesda. I haven't been able to eat properly nor sleep for the past week. Where do I file a sue?

I wanna sue them too, due to lack of sleep I'm sure its affecting my productivity at work.

I think you file a case rather than a "sue" .... and I think they could argue you are a big boy or girl and therefore responsible for feeding yourself at the end of the day.
