That's it, I gave up

I returned the game today. It was just too much [censored] to handle. On top of texture loading/pop-in I had this weird problem with purple ghosting(I wrote about this on another thread). Last night I entered Dead City and IT IS JUST NOT PLAYABLE!!! There's pop-in and ghosting all over the damn place that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy the game. It really feels like a pre-alpha code or something and we pay our HARD EARNED MONEY for this piece of [censored].
Shame on you Bethesda!!
Shame on you ID!!
Shame on you Carmack!!
Shame on you, Sony!!!
I'm buying it for the Xbox 360 today and I'll return here with honest conclusions: I'm NOT a really devoted fan of either console.

I'm happy you got your money back. The shop I bought it from usually doesn't refund or let you exchange unsealed games so I'm out of luck, but eventually I might sell the game if this isn't worked out soon.

Although I'm hoping for the best for you, I don't know what to say...With the attitude of Bethesda, ID and Sony I'm very afraid that things are gonna be let just the way they are. Anyway, now I know exactly how the PS3 version is and I will return with opinions on the 360 version for those of you who want to trade the game and are not convinced yet.

Yeah I don't see them fixing it. The way Carmack spoke about this on Quakecon and the cold, indifferent way he aswered Jeffrey's twitter query I don't see this as something they are in the process of fixing. They knew about the problem and still took the chance.

And lets be honest overall this isn't that big of a problem if you look it through ID and Bethesta's eyes. Sure there are quite a few users complaining, but if you look through different forums most people are starting to forget. At the end of the day Bethesta won't lose many, if any customers. People are gonna forget all this in a few weeks and still buy Skyrim, still buy Doom4. That's the saddest part of all this.

I played the game for over 10 hours now without any problem.
Now i re-entered dead city (dead city reverse) and the framerate is like OMG!!!
It is like you say, NOT PLAYABLE!

What can we do to fix this???
