Well actually, Orsinium ISN'T the Orcish "homeland." It is the Orc kingdom that has been built, destroyed, rebuilt, relocated several times. Basically, the cycle goes like this: Orcs go around makin' war and piss everyone off. Orcs settle. People who they pissed off eventually come in and eviscerate their kingdom, they roam again, cycle repeats. Anyway, Orsinium would be cool I suppose. And it would explain the reason for the LOD they put out there.

You must be aware of something about the orcs I don't know, because that's not how it goes.

Gortwog received the right to build Nova Orsinium in duel, with a Breton.
They were peaceful, as far as we know, until the Bretons attacked when the Empire was weak destroying them.
The only thing the Orsimer were guilty of was being alive essentially.....
