The Blades in Skyrim?

Hi,
In Oblivion, there was a guild named the Blades. Does this guild exist in Skyrim/ is there a guild very related to it in Skyrim?

from what ive seen they are stilll around. have not seen them myself tho. I know they are dragon slayers from what I read... may have read wrong tho.
