So I completed the Blessings of Nature quest in Whiterun, instead of killing the tree I prayed and got a sapling, took it back and the quest completed, went back to Whiterun a few game days later and saw the dead tree still there but now flowers were sticking out of it..but it looks..odd almost as if the dead tree was spawned over another tree.

As if the sapling grew but the old tree's graphic is on top of it. Cause of how the flowers seem to "stick" out of the trunk. I did the quest after Whiterun had been attacked by Stormcloaks so maybe thats why? Idk anyone else notice this?
