Ok here is the list i will continue to update this the more i find in my playthough. Actual spoilers in spoiler tab's .
1.Dark Brotherhood cowl's +Hood's will bug out on a khajiit as in either it will just not show up or the part that hides your face won't show up. 2Brunwolf (NPC who lives in Windhelm) asks you whether you like outsiders or not despite the fact that you are not a nord and thus will say the following line when you pass him "I ain't got time for a nord who doesn't have time for outsiders."(paraphrased.)
