I was wondering if the classes have been finalised or can we expect some sort of necromancer type?

I don't think they have publicly announced all the classes, they have shown three so far I think. Templar, Dragonknight and Sorcerer. I think they have also mentioned the Nightblade class. As for a Necromancy, I don't think there will be a class specifically for Necromancy, just use Conjuration magic in your skill set probably as a sorcerer. Also keep in mind Skyrim required a dead body to be present in order to reanimate it instead of just summoning the dead from nothing, and so ESO might require the same.

There are no classes to speak of. When you hear the term class in TESO it is refering to 3 skill lines that act as a set. Which is what your character will be good at. So a Nightblade (rogue) Stealthy type of combat. But you could end up wearing heavy armour and throwing spells if you so wish.

Dragon Knight I think is the main tanking skills, but nothing stopping you from wearing light armour and using a bow.

Templar is the healer skill set. Again wear medium armour and sneak about if you like.

Then there is the mage who casts destruction magic but could wear heavy armour and smack you about with a two handed hammer.

Sounds confusing ? don't worry if you have played a ES game before you will know what I am talking about. And if you haven't WHY ?

Quick edit Necromancy is not in the game as a playable skill line, it might be in future expansions but release is a no.

There is a necromancer skill line in the mage's skill tree...

We don't know what will be in the Mage's Guild Skill Line. So don't say that as fact, since they have never said that there was going to be any sort of Necromancy we can do in this game.

What are you saying, that Deadric summoning = necromancy?!

No I'm saying that Daedric Summoning doesn't equal Necromancy. And were you talking about the Sorcerer Class or the Mage's Guild? Either way you are wrong because the Sorcerer has only a Daedric Summoning skill line, and that's not Necromany. And we don't know what's in the Mage's Guild skill line. So again you can't say that there will be Necromancy in this game when it has never been hinted at EVER.

Does that mean you've seen what *is* in those skill lines? We can't talk about it on the forums obv, but if you've got something, a PM would be greatly appreciated.

Nah at first I tought we were allowed to discuss about leaked videos or content as long as not providing link to them. But then I had a doubt and checked again the Sticky topics and noticed it I misunderstood them in the first place. And I'm respectful about explicit forum rules (including PM).
