I just got to the college looking for the 2nd elder scroll and the lady says i need to conjure a flame atronach and my magic isnt high enough....is there another way to gain entrance to the college as im a thief and havent been concentrating on my magic?

I asked for another test and she doesnt give me one.why would they make a part of dawnguard where you have to raise you magi up to 130?Im level 48 with 110 magic....aint there anyway to get past this test?
