Motherboard: asus f2-a55-M/CSM
supports up to 64gb of ram
4 ram slots
Processor: amd a8-5600k trinity APU 3.6Ghz (3.9Ghz Turbo)
4mb L2 cache
RAM: G.skill ripjaws X series ddr3 1600 2x4gb
GPU: i have no current plans for a gpu the onboard is good enough for now.

the harddrive isnt Solid state so its hardly worth mentioning. and im using an old scrap case but it should do fine.

im very curious what beastly machines you're running this game on.

ps i built this comp for $300 minus the case, harddrive, and power source.

Think we have been down this road before, good luck running this game with an onboard gpu. So you haven't built it for $300 because it's not a complete system. You wont need a beast to run it but a on board gpu is just silly especially how cheap some cards are now.

I7 3970x OC 4.2Ghz Hex Core
16GB DDR3 Quad Channel
7970 XFire
Samsung 840 120GB SSD
Corsair TX 850 PSU

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

This set up is not just for TESO, its just the set up i have. All you need is a good GPU and you will be good to go at low to mid settings.

You need a decent CPU to match. Otherwise, you'll just be bottlenecking your system.

Yup, mmos are cpu or gpu hevey. For a couple of $100 more the OP could of done a lot better, i think he will struggle with his set up. No point having a decent cpu and a crap gpu or the other way round.

No official tech specs have been released, so bear in mind any advice you receive here from other members is speculation.

While they haven't released the specs for the game yet, the devs have stated their goal is for computer systems as old as 5 years to be able to run it. Obviously that's not going to be stellar maxed out graphics from a 5 year old system.

I would think any system capable of running Rift or GW2 should do just fine.

Mine is AMD Phenom? II X6 1090T Processor, ~3.2GHz, AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series, 4G RAM that I bought a little over a year ago from Newegg. It runs Rift and GW2 on High settings just fine and it's not even a high end gfx card.

Assuming I have almost a full 12-months from now before release, I will most likley set up a new tower just for this game. I use a modern mid-range laptop for everything (including playing Skyrim, to give an idea of how capable it is), I have a very very old tower that I built a long time ago that just isn't going to cut it, about all I use it for is a Nintendo 64 when I need to get a kick off playign Mario64. But yeah, I can get something serious together in this time.
