Well, I just finished the Corvega quest again, and once again I've got the key to the Corvega Safe. I've reached this point about a dozen times before, but... I've never managed to find the safe.

I've found the boss's terminal and searched the office area, I've found Gristle's terminal, I've opened the locked cage near Gristle's terminal, and I've searched high and low, but for some reason I've NEVER found that safe... I suppose the goodies inside are not all that spectacular, but finding a key without finding the safe is bugging the hell out of me...

Does anyone know where the thing is located?

Its on a lower level, this puzzled the hell out of me till I gave up....... Then later I found there is actually a way in through the sewers and found all kinds of bits of the damn building I somehow missed.

Well, thanks for that... I was beginning to wonder if the damned thing existed at all...

You know the little room spot where you kill the named "boss"? The safe is right underneath there, on the ground. You will see a wood sign that says something to the extent of "Keep out!", and it will behind that.

You're welcome! I actually had to look it up on the wiki because I wasn't sure where it was, either, after doing Corvega twice.

I svck at directions and this might be wrong place for gristles key but...... If you go around to the side of the building (up the ramp with the ruined van) then come back sort of back(north) the front their is a blue metal stair up to door you go into that then work your way all the way down from catwalk and there is a gate that takes the corvega storage key with some booty, this is what I thought you ment I just ran in to see if I could refind and I think this is the spot you mean, and the quickest way there (if this is indeed the key he drops)

I am pretty sure this is indeed it Gristles terminal is in the room. once you are on the lower floor its sort s-w heheh opps i see I am one step behind still

Unfortunately, that isn't what the OP was looking for. Gristle' Key opens a security grate on the ground floor. The Corvega Safe Key opens a safe hidden under the prefab building Jared hangs out in on the upper floor, where the cars were actually assembled.
