The Dark Brother Hood

I'm planing on getting TES: V and was wondering will there be The Dark brother hood quest? The one on TES:IV was so amazing!

Havent gotten that far, have had friends who have passed all the way through all the guilds and they say the DB Quest is pretty interesting!
