The default Dragonborn backstory

Post » Sun Sep 16, 2012 11:25 pm

Has anyone ever wondered what the "real" Dragonborn backstory might be? I mean http://www.gamesas.com/images/smilie/games/elderscrolls/elderscrolls-background3.jpg guy, the one we all know as the default Dragonborn. Other than being a male Nord and being in his mid-30s we don't know pretty much anything about him. Has anyone ever tried to roleplay as him, wear the same armor, use the same weapons and come up with a believable backstory?

I see him as a Stormcloak supporter crossing the border and returning home to join their effort, then as he discovers he's Dragonborn, the dragon blood slowly consumes him and turns him into nothing but a power-hungry warrior, hence we see him becoming a vampire in the Dawnguard trailer: he's power-hungry.

As for why he's baking [censored] bread for [censored] kids in the next trailer, hell if I know...

Is that true? Wow. Well hey, if you're power-hungry, you need armies. Armies need people. Kids are people. Kids die without food. It all makes sense now... Though, I guess it would make more sense to hire someone else to bake the damn bread for the little [censored], but judging by the 3rd grade-responses he gives throughout the game and the lack of an intelligence attribute, well, let's just say that's he's not highly revered for his wits.

Maybe the Dovahkiin felt overcome by the dragonblood and the thirst to dominate during the base game and Dawnguard, but then he learned Kyne's Peace or whatever that shout's called during Hearthfire and it turned him into an outrageous sissy.

Well, Nords are not that bright most of the time. Just look at any of the guards.
