I've been having minor problems with the outer doors to Jorrvaskr for quite some times now. It's only today I've found they wont let me enter at all from outside. It either CTDs when I try to enter or I get a continual loading screen. Oddly, I can enter the main area via the Living Quarters, but not via the main doors. Am I right in guessing the navmesh could be screwed up with the main doors? If so is there any way to fix them?
