The Earl of Baltimore has died. Long live the Earl. : Othor Games

Earl Weaver, manager of the Baltimore Orioles for 17 years, died aboard an Oriole sponsored cruise ship last night. He was one of the few managers of any sport that I truly enjoyed watching. His battles with umpires were epic.

Buck Showalter said "Every time I look at an oriole now, it will be missing a feather because of Earl". *snif*
