The Elder Scroll (dragon)

Where is the Elder Scroll dragon? Anyone?

It is the Elder Scroll used in the main quest. After completing the main quest you can either keep it or sell it to Urag gro-Shub at the College of Winterhold. If you haven't done the main quest yet, then I believe you have to do it in order to get the scroll. If you've already completed the main quest and sold it to Urag gro-Shub, you will have to buy it back.

You can skip the MQ completely and just head to Septimus Signus' Outpost when lvl15.
