Hi there. I have not seen this answered anywhere, and was wondering if anyone has had any in game experience to confirm or deny this.

Just outside the entrance of High Hrothgar is an empty chest (I saw it in a game play video). Does anyone know if that is able to be used for storage, or does it respawn later in the game for use later on?

A static storage chest to use until a house is acquired would be awesome!
