I'm stuck. I've attempted every level of "call dragon". Odahviin simply flies around in circles a couple times, then flies... nearly off the map on to the east. I've tried shooting arrows at him to get him to come down, I cant use dragon rend because I have to use dragon call level 3, which has a regen time of 300, and its the only one that works. How'd anyone else do it?

Oh, btw, I've tried using dragon call inside Dragonsreach, and outside, and outside of the town.
