Anyone have a clue how to solve this? I can get the celestial Fire but I can't figure the other out. I found a button on the floor but it seems to do nothing that I can see.

There are actually 2 ground tiles you have to stand on and sometimes it can be hard to get the NPC to stand on the other one. Easiest way I found was to equip my range weapon and aim at the other tile and usually the 'E' choice would pop up then to get them to go stand on it.
