I have done this level wholly ten times, the granny rags part more in different ways. I'm running high chaos but ghosting it.

For the life of me, I can not get ghost to check. I'm sure I'm not getting detected by anything. The only thing is if I have to do granny rags a certain way, but I have tried every way on youtube and such to get that to ghost. The only other odd thing is after I leave Duad's base through the tunnel, there's always combat music when I load into the next area for no reason.

Any help would be great.
