is the Forgotten Vale in High Rock? : V

I have walked the western border of Skyrim and it is either too steep to climb or at one point it say you can't go that way suggesting that is the border.

The Forgotten Vale is accessible through a cave through the mountains and appears to be quite a way passed the borderline.

That's what I hoped. No, the Forgotten Vale is the lost Snow Elves' home in Skyrim.

Does it actually say this in the game or is it just fan-based / UESP / Wiki speculation?

its in game, untouched by anyone except the falmer by the looks of it. The bretons have no claim to it

Geologically it's probably on the border or just in either province, in a area no one has seen in a very long time.

Wasn't that hard to Google for it.

He asked if it was in game or just fan based/ uesp/ wiki and you pull up UESP and get all puffy at him. That makes sense.
