The Guilds Act is Imperial legislation, passed by the Potentate Versidue Shaie, legalizing guilds. It officially legalized the formation of the following guilds: Mages Guild, Tinkers Guild, Cobblers Guild, prosttutes Guild, Scribes Guild, Architects Guild, Brewers Guild, Vintners Guild, Weavers Guild, Ratcatchers Guild, Furriers Guild, Cooks Guild, Astrologers Guild, Healers Guild, Tailors Guild, Minstrals Guild, Barristers Guild, and the Syffim Guild (who were at that point known as the Fighters Guild). The Thieves Guild, due to its illicit nature, was obviously not part of The Guilds Act. However, it can be surmised that The Guilds Act was the inspiration for the structuring of the modern day Thieves Guild, at least as it was during the Third Era.
The Guilds Act became official legislation in 2E 321. It should be noted that the Fighter's Guild was actually formed before then.
Will we see these guilds in game? would be interesting to incorporate half of these into crafting systems & trainers.
No wonder the Morag Tong killed him, we put him into power and he leaves us off the list, ha!
Also, prosttutes guild. If only modern civlizations understood that legalizing and unionizing prostitution would make things so much safer and cleaner.

I hope all of those guilds listed have some form of presence in the game, if if they're not joinable.
