Ok so I was looking thru the warpaint for my Dunmer and one of them is a hand on the forehead, I know its from Morrowind but I can't remember what it was, any ideas?

I believe it marks him as a follower of the Tribunal. I could be terribly wrong. I tried researching it myself and came up empty.

Yeah, it's a Tribunal symbol. Kinda weird it's available for the player character... It would imply that the tattoo no longer holds any meaning or association to any organization. Otherwise, why would anyone put it on their face 200 years after Tribunal's deaths?
