I am on the quest where I have to meet Galmar at that place and search for the jagged crown. The problem is when I go there only 4 stormcloak troops and the stormcloak guy from the start of the game are there and Galmar is no where to be found. I went back to the castle and I cannot find him anywhere in there either......am I missing something here or has he just vanished into thin air and I am screwed and going to have to start all over and lose my 50 hours of progress?

on mine i simply talked to Rolaf, he was the initiator of this quest, Galmar isnt ever present, i could be wrong though.... been a while since that quest i could be thinking of another one.
