if you have hought honeyside and have upgraded to all it lets you then you have a back porch witch has a knife (that does 1 damage) and if you enchant the knife and give it to a follower the then take all of their weapons and let the follower equiped the enchanted knife you will notice that there are a glowing efect, after you see the efect give youer follower their standard weapon the said weapon will glow with the same colour enchant as the knife. (tested on the solitude headsmen/jailer i cant remember his name) just somthing to try.
