The Lack of Atmosphere

Taverns should be packed with NPCs that converse, fight, drink, and etc yet this is not the case. Faction headquarters have no real reason to stay, but only to get quests. Am I the only who thinks theres not a lot of life in the game?

I completely agree. There should be more life in general around Skyrim. I would like to see actual travelers on the road, they could be generic, I don't care. The inns are pretty much dead. You get the occasional generic race calling you a milk drinker but thats about it.

In Oblivion the NPCs interacted more than Skyrim's! Granted the NPCs repeated most of their lines, but guess what Skyrim does the same.

I agree. We need a better atmosphere and more people for me to eat... Erm... I mean... More people to wander around cities and the wilderness.
