The forgotten vale is roughly the size of blackreach(maybe a bit bigger) and the ice lake holds a most fun surprise.

hmm, they should probably make the background on the search bar more visual because I didn't see it until now
don't need to sound like a smart ass though so please have some manners

next time you respond with information that makes someone sound dumb , (maybe send a PM stating there is a search bar ) im sure the person would like that more than saying it in public

Is the Vale dislocated from the Tamriel worldspace? Also, "where" is it in terms of is it a part of Skyrim (even disconnected)?

No it's on the map, and its west of the volkihar cast, but it's quite a way put there and you have to go through a cave to reach it.
