The Least Buggy Vanilla TES?

Post » Thu May 10, 2012 5:38 pm

Hello, I got this game on release and after turning anti aliasing off, this game works perfectly on my computer. So far I haven't found any glitches, and I have to say I am by far impressed with the effort put into the environment. The dungeons are fantastic and filled with detail, with much variety and flavors of the different ruins available.

My only complaint is that it's a lot less sensitive looking up and down as it is looking left and right, and there's less lag in third person. If there's a fix let me know.
Have any of you found any issues/glitches/bugs playing the game besides a bumpy start up?

I'm in the opposite camp. I never had as many CTDs with TES3, TES4, Fallout 3 as I've had with Skyrim. Still, it's not like they're that frequent.

I lucked out and am one of the ones with no crashes and everything running great. Only bug i came across was the too low volume problem which was fixed thanks to some generous advice on tweaking the ini on these marvelous Forums. So yes for me this is probably the least buggiest vanilla TES rpg i have played.

The only bug I've experienced is randomly being teleported to the start of Helgan Keep when standing on a skeleton in the spider nest.

So far for me my experiance has been really bug free which is suprising because I run the game on almost the minimum requirements, though I run it on High settings and everything runs smooth as silk. Though I don't consider the interface a bug, Its my one beef with this game, Im not crazy about the whole favorites thing. I think the morrowind interface was considerably better.
