i have disabled the bottle cap press in the factory to complete a different quest
but this new one wants me to get Festus enough sunset sarsaparilla star caps to earn a prize

does anobdy know the where abouts of these caps in the factory ???

they are not in the factory , they are scatered across the wastes , there are above 100 of them around , you need to find 50 for fergus.

i just got this quest too and i already have alot like 35 or 40 does anybody know what the prize is? i dont mind it being spoiled for me

Its about 250 useless sherif stars that have value. In the vault that unlocks when you complete the quest is a corpe with a unique laser pistol thou.

you can find them anywhere literally randomly anywhere on top of stuff or in containers. also you can randomly get them if you drink a sunset saraspella. go to the room with a bunch of crates and open them all and drink the non empty bottles will get you a good start (i got 5 star caps or so out of them)

how do u know how many u have collected so far ?

look in your inventory under items and the misc towards the bottom will be "sunset sarsaparilla star bottle caps" with a number
