The link to the ESO Beta Forums doesn't work. : Othor Games

I was suggested to check the e-mail I got for a link to the ESO Beta forums.
I checked it and the link doesn't work - even with all firewalls, antivirus, adblocker, etc. disabled.

So I did a Google search and it keeps linking me back to here.

Can anyone send me in the right direction to the ESO Beta forums; or a Mod kindly unlock my previous thread?
