So where do you think it will be? Given the roads and what we can see from the trailers, it will either be in Highrock, or Morrowind I believe. What do you think?

Coldharbour looks nothing like what was in the trailer. We didn't see charnel houses or slave pens. It's more likely the Soul Cairn http://www.imperial-library.info/content/soul-cairn

Molag Bal seduced Vivec and spawned a group of mutant degenerates in the Molag Amur region of Morrowind. This group became the first eventual vampires.
It might be Morrowind due to this connection

Some people are convinced that its Blacklight(which is in Morrowind). I think its near High Rock though. As far as the realm is concerned some people say Coldharbour, Soul Cairn, or Quagmire(Vaermina's realm). For all I know it could either one of those.

HIgh Rock does seem like a good possibility, at least Part of High Rock. The Autumn Forests are definitely supported by this theory,

Good call on Soul Cairn too. That seems to fit the description perfectly.
