In the market for a new CPU, need advice

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a new CPU to replace my I5-2300. My motherboard is an Asrock H61M/U3S3 and I'm 99% sure this can support Ivy Bridge as long as I update the BIOS, but I would love for someone to confirm that for me. I also think this Mobo can do a mild overclock (400 mhz turbo boost) but I'm not sure if it's enough to need a "K" series CPU or not.

This is what I'm looking at getting, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

Will that CPU be fully compatible with my setup and can my Mobo overclock enough to warrant the "K" series? I'm brand new to overclocking so sorry if these are dumb questions.

One last thing, for the small overclock I will be doing, do I still need to get an aftermarket fan or is the stock Intel one ok to use?

Thanks guys.

My build just incase...

Radeon 7870 OC Edition
Asrock H61M/U3S3
PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK3 600W PSU (says on newegg's page compatible with Sandy Bridge doesn't say anything about Ivy though...)
8 Gig Ram
Mechanical HD 7200 RPM

That board doesn't support Ivy Bridge without a bios update. Updating a bios on a motherboard can be kinda tricky or even a huge pain in the ass. I see a lot of people who want to use Ivy Bridge are needing to contact ASROCK directly. I don't think you'll have any issues overclocking on it though and I would suggest an aftermarket cooler simply because Intel's stock coolers are a joke.
