I bought a house, the Hjerim in Windhelm basically just so I could get married.

I talked to my house servant and he (another male) showed interest.

However when I talk to the female I want to marry, Muiri who is at the Hag's cure in Markath she just says some generic dialog, it doesn't even give me any options to talk back.

I am wearing the amulet of Mara and have completed all the dark brotherhood quests including the contracts she gives you. Which is probably why all she says is "Thanks for helping me with my problem." Am I supposed to have to purchase a house IN MARKATH? Because that seems a little to picky...
