You said ''You may return it from the place you purchased it.'' I called them they told me that I can't return the game, because It is Bethesda fault and not them. How am I supposed to deal With this ? I have send an e-mail to Bethesda they don't even reply. I purchased the game from an EB games Canada.
Edit: Can the moderator's contact Bethesda for us, so they can offer us a solution to get either an xbox version that works or our money. The game isn't even playable, it is a serious problem.
Edit 2: please I don't wan't to hear that we are a small faction of people that have the problem...It's like Pete Hines brainwashed the people that are saying this...
Well, you always have to go to the retailer for refunds. They bought the game to sell to you. However your other choice is to await a reply from Bethesda and since I'm quite sure they are getting plenty of messages and emails these days, it will require much patience for them to reply to them all.
I wish I had some magic solution for everyone who is wanting refunds or waiting for patches or having trouble with their games. The only solution I know if is to wait for a patch or wait for a response from them (it will take a long while I bet), to give up or to learn from it.
That said, we don't allow threads about locked threads and we don't allow discussion of moderator actions or inactions on the open forum so this thread too will be locked. Our rules incicate that you should contact the moderator that locked the thread or another moderator of your choice if you have issues with the lock.
