The moot

Hei

Do they ever have a moot in the game to name the high king?

I have completed the Stormcloak quest and Ulfric said that they would be holding a moot. But I am sure that I have read that this does not happen in the game.

Possibly in a DLC or Expansion, and its something I would like to see. Though the Civil War would obviously have serious implications on the outcome.

Hroom, I wonder if Treebeard and the other Ents will show up.

That is a shame, I really hope they include that in either a DLC or with the expansion. It would also be fun to attend the moot.

If the moot does happen, the only thing that would be different is that if you side with the Stormcloaks, Ulfric becomes High King. However, if you side with the Empire, then it is Elisif who is crowned High Queen.

Hehe that would be fun Nitron ^^

Don't forget that suddenly a dragonborn is running around Skyrim, whooping everyone's butt, and possibly the thane of every hold...not to mention the only person who's making Elisif's and Ulfric's continued existence a reality. I wouldn't be surprised if some citizens or a few jarls wanted you to be king or queen yourself. Or if you side with the Blades, I wouldn't be surprised if they helped you take it all by force (if you look at their dialogue, the one thing that seperates them from the Greybeards is that they believe power is a good thing).

That could be fun to have two options for the moot. One being where Ulfric/Elisif become High King/Queen and the other where the Dragon Born becomes High King/Quees.

I would not do that as my character likes the freedom to be able to take off and go on Adventures. I will leave that for Ulfric to do.

Yeah...the Nords would really love to have an Argonian or Khajit as their High King/Queen :nono:

Yeah, I'm curious how something like that would play out.

All I can hope for is that our choices in this game make an effect somehow. I'd hate it if we simply were always a spectator, sitting back, obseving NPCs have more importance in the story than our own characters.

LOL, that would be good to see what would happen. But I think that they could make an exception for the Dragonborn (If the Jarls were willing to vote for you then that would show that there was a majority being unconcerned with what species you are)
