And I respect everyone's opinion.

Please, for the sake of discussion remember that what I posted is my opinion and I asked for other's inputs on what they think is useless. I'm not stating all these perks are useless in a matter of factly tone.

About Conjured weapons. Op said that a person with 0 perks in smithing can craft better weapons, how is this so?
Bound Bow with mystic binding perk has a base damage of 24 and benefits from perks that increase archery damage and enchants that fortify archery damage. The conjured arrows do the same damage as daedric arrows.
I am pretty sure that the conjured sword with mystic binding perk has a base damage of 18 and also benefits the same as one handed weapons like explained above.
am i wrong on this?

Im sorry, bound sword has a base damage of 14 with mystic binding perk, just checked

The sad thing is, I'm not even talking about looping when I wrote these perks and my take on them.

Consider this. You have 100 in smithing and either went to the left (Light Armor side) or right (Heavy Armor side). Now, you have 100 in enchanting. You make 5 pieces of armor to boost alchemy on each piece of armor (Falmer Helmet, Circlet, Gauntlets, Right and Necklace). You make a smithing potion at 147% increase in skill. Now, make an enchanting potion at 37% increase.

Make 4 pieces of armor and enchanting fortify smithing. That's 29% increase in smithing x 4. Drink that 147% potion. Congrats. Armor cap is reached in nearly all armors.

Keep in mind, if you're a necromage vamp the potions and gear's increase are amplified even more to ridiculous levels. This is not exploiting like as with the fortify restoration loop.

Oh and wait until you finish a certain quest for the ability called "Ancient Knowledge". Because it's glitched, you gain 25% increase in rating on all pieces of armor worn and glitches where instead of 15% faster increase in the smithing skill it actually fortifies smithing by 15% permanently.

"All these perks - useful in normal play - are useless if I super-stack crafting synergies."

No, not really. Basically, the bound weapons are Daedric quality. Taking Mystic Biding improves the weapon's damage. And yes, the perks in One-Handed, Two-Handed, and Archery do factor into conjured weapons damage. However, lets pretend you find Daedric weapons. You buy a smithing potion in an apothecary. And you improve these weapons via smithing.

Those weapons improved via smithing will end up doing more damage than your bound weapons with Mystic Binding. You're better off going into the Midden and getting the Daedric weapons than wasting the perks.

Of course, all in my opinion.

They're not really overpowered.

Let's take my Sword and Board character than I do these "Super-Stack crafting synergies"

I wear Studded Armor, Iron Boots, Gauntlets, Helment, and Banded Iron Shield (The Iconic Dragonborn look).

Weapons are Skyforge Steel Sword, Steel Dagger, Hunting Bow, and Iron Arrows,

With use of smithing and alchemy gear and potions and the use of the Ancient Knowledge here are my character's stats.

Armor Rating: 393

Damages for weapons (Keep in mind I use heavy enchantments):

Sword: 375 Damage
Dagger: 139 Damage
Bow: 345 Damage.

I have 100 in Smithing, Enchanting, Heavy Armor and Light Armor. My Archery and One-Handed are both in the 60s. The only reason my weapons do high damage are because One-Handed and Archery are fortified to do 48% more Damage x 3 (For a total of 144% more damage).
