Well they could try to deny it, but seeing as he's already been caught boozing it up, smoking weed, cheating on exams, and dressing as a Nazi most people probably won't believe them. Might as well just say you're disappointed in him and let it ride out.

Yep. Obviously dressing as a Nazi isn't just "boys having fun", but he's known for being the rebel and basically doing what he likes.
Oh, he was also caught calling a fellow soldier a Paki, which caused quite a stir (not sure if that word will get past the censors here - it probably shouldn't).
