when do the falmer warmongers(i think thats what there called) start spawning i wanna check out that new falmer armor

I was level 40 when i found them in the vale

I do not know for sure, so don't take this to heart, but here is my reasoning:

Each of the falmer types seem to spawn every 8 levels (other than the first two which has a difference of 14) or something close (one o which is 7), so since the shadowmaster spawns at 38, I would assume that the Warmongers start spawning at 45-47.

That is just a loose assumption, so I may be completely wrong, but I am only using general logic and reason to get to that - but logic and reason doesn't have much of a presence in the Elder Scrolls series.

They also show up on Skalkers. That's where I found my set of Hardened Armor anyway.

I've got it off a Nightstalker in Raldbthar Deep Market at around level 12.

Well, the Falmer that carries should be consistently a Warmonger, as far as I have seen.

I can never take the armor off the gloomlurkers and the next tier of them but they have it on.

I hate warmongers, but they're not as bad as Shadowmasters. Even with fully leveled Archery and Sneak, and a Legendary Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow, I still can't one-shot those things
