when do i expect to see a new update for New vegas on PC and what problems is it tackeling?

It will arrive when it arrives and it will fix whatever it fixes.

(A change log is usually a fairy tale, at least in part based on wishes and unicorn horns as it never manages to list everything that really changed and often includes things that were supposed to change, but didn't quite make it in for some reason or another. And we won't even speak of the fantasy that is a scheduled date for a patch.)
