The NPCs.

This has probably been asked before, but I don't exactly know what to search to find out... Are there any NPCs that you can't interact with in Skyrim, like the ones in Fallout 3? That was one of the things that I loved about Oblivion and hated about FO3. In Oblivion you could talk to any NPC you came across in a city, but in FO3 it seemed like a 3rd of the NPCs couldn't be interacted with and were just there as fillers. I'm talking about the magical people that just stood there all day with rakes and garden hoes, usually with names like "Civilian Farmer #1", etc. For those that have Skyrim now, are there any filler NPCs like that in the game? Or can you interact with just about everyone like you could in Oblivion? Thanks in advance.

thats it, im releasing oremaggoden, they said mroe NPCs will be in because of their ([censored]) design choice of removing armour slots, not those peices of the enviroment that desurve to be destroyed

Yeah, you can TALK to every NPC, but a handful of them will only say something along the lines of "Do you need something from me?" and move along.

The first thing I'm going to do when I pick up Skyrim tomorrow is kill every NPC like that. They really hurt the overall atmosphere of the game for me.

I'm willing to bet they respawn as another nameless NPC to keep the game feeling full.

Or what would be cool is if there was a "For every one you kill, TWO will replace him! and they'll be very angry" setup lol

If that is the case, I seriously hope someone makes an 'NPCs Expanded' Mod when the time comes-- I HATED those people in FO3. I get why from a development perspective, but I just find it really annoying. I liked being able to talk to people even if it was just random rumours.
