Most people have a USB keyboard or two lying around, some have bluetooth keyboards.
Implement the damn console already so we can fix bugged quests/items, falling through world geometry and all that jazz you are oh so (in)famous for.

Especially since your answer to a bugged quest is always "revert to an older save", which in an exploring-heavy series such as TES might be 50+ hours back, and you will never ever produce a patch that fixes the actual problem by for example looking at player inventory instead of quest stage, as per historical reference.
