This may be because I got both during the beta and just got both again, but I'm not sure...

The beta should have given you the capability to unlock all achievements already. This must be a glitch unless you deleted your xbox which would have gotten rid of everything.

I have all of em except Legendary.

But I'm not cool nuff to get em twice.

Sorry for the irrelevance, but I actually didn't get the Awakening achievement even though it said I did. Or atleast it isn't showing up on Xbox.com.

Some annoying thing happened where 50 achievements were showing instead of 60 and they supposedly "fixed" it. Now it will show 56/60 on my achievements but when I expand on them it shows the correct 59 unlocked. Sounds like you have the same problem with Awakening.
