What do you make of it? It seems like Delilah and her witches did some sort of mind switch on her and took her place. But I don't think there was anything in the main game that hinted at this, and it's quite possible that it'll be stopped in the final piece of DLC so that it's entirely a moot point. Still, kind of an odd thing.

Myeah. That poem is way too specific (and obviously placed) to be incidental or throwaway, imo. It's pretty credible that this will be the story focus of the Brigmore witches DLC.
Also, Delilah's end speech on low chaos playthrough mentions that she "will wear [Daud's] skin if [she] ever see[s him] again" - so probably *that's* what they plan for Emily too... Might be a turn of phrase, of course, but I'm guessing that it will (well - would) be more ... messy... than just a very long possession.

Do you think this could be (retroactively) tied back into that scene in base game where Emily has nightmares and can't sleep? Maybe that will coincide with the witches doing their thing in the next DLC.

This game is so amazing when you think about it.

Maybe they are *planning to* (or did in the time that we haven't seen Emily) and Daud will, ironically, be the one who releases her? Pretty intriguing.

It doesn't look like she was under any kind of spell.
She did this under her own will, but in low chaos she doesnt turn on him.

It is one of my best games I have played. There is something about dishonoured, I am intrigued by the world so much that I always desire more. The dlc was good value for money although a bit shorter than I would have liked but I was expecting that.
