I started this thread so everyone who puts their settings on high and ultra and still has terrible graphics.
Please post you pictures of awfull looking areas of the game that you can not tweak away. I have an ini set far beyond ultra values and still get pics like this.

Hopefully this thread will help compile a list of issues with the game. Also it might help people make vissual comparisons based on the worst. Instead of thread where people compete through a series of missleading screen shots.
