Seriously though that right mouse button is annoying! Does anyone know if it can be turned off? Cause if you right click acidentaly, the entire thing lags and stalls!

Cut off your fingers except for thumb and pointer finger so there's no chance of right clicking

Use a laptops mousepad.

But what if he moves his pointer finger onto the right mouse button?!?! Oh God, just imagine the atrocities!
