The hentai game I said is called "girl in the shell", which is a quite famous (in the east anyway) horror/detective hentai game in Japan.

SPOILAH ALERT! Don't read if you're intended to play the game, or you haven't finished the Windhelm quest yet.

In that game, several girls got killed and mutilated, each one with one body part cut off, like head, arm, leg, etc. Most disgusting part is all the girls' WOMBS got ripped out too.

After investigation, it is finally revealed that the murderer is a teacher, whose beloved sister died some time ago due to some tragic past, and so begun to murder those (not-so-innocent) girls so he can use the body parts to stitch back up as his sister and resurrect her (BTW, the game world doesn't have any supernatural elements in it, so the murderer is actually insane).

In Skyrim, we have Calixto murdering girls, taking their body parts, and tried to stitch them together to resurrect his sweet sister.

So there, writing this because I found that quite interesting, maybe someone at gamesas played that hentai game and thought it would be quite nice to be implemented as a quest...

I'm pretty sure there have been many people/games/etc that have gone off & butchered women/men in the present & past.

just look at Jack the Ripper, there are many others that can be named as well.

Don't really want discussions about hentai games here.
