No. More's the pity. Unless you count breathing under water or any of the other easy-to-forget racial bonuses.

In the MQ apparently Altmer can get away with walking past the Thalmor in the embassy without hostility and Dunmer and Bosmer can get fairly close without being rumbled. A nice idea - shame they didn't develop it further
