I'm pretty sure there are. You just have to look through every single one to find them. You may also have to click on them like you were going to buy them and then they'll have the word, "FREE" next to the cost.

Mostly demos. Some indie games, but they're few and far between. They're all bad. And to my knowledge, you can't play them if you're offline, but I tried a long time ago, if they fixed it with an update or something, then perhaps.
