Is there a body type out there that doesn't clip with cloak

I really like the look of them, but I hate the fact that the capes just go right through the armor on my shoulder, meaning that I can't even get a headshot that looks quite natural with them.

I'm using cbbe with bbp and some vanilla armor replacers. Some from caliente and can't remember the other. I also use cloaks for skyrim and haven't noticied Any real bad clipping.

I used CBBE before, and I still noticed the issue there at the shoulders. Currently am using UNP.

The pelt cloaks from Winter Is Coming, Bear Claw Cloaks in particular, are bulky enough that any shoulder clipping gets swallowed up.

i use UNP aswell as Cloaks in Skyrim, and some cloaks/capes clip, and others dont.. but it largely depends on the armor your wearing, and i fyou have nay stance changes. my elbows clip thru the capes and stuff due to my stance change.

here is an example, it didnt clip on the shoulders, but my elbows did, not that you can see them.

Vanilla body clips too, that's a given.

It probably clips with every body-type then. It probably just depends on the armor.

Without more advanced physics engines, it really is not possible to stop clipping without cutting the limbs off your character.

Seems like a feasible solution. Where's my cleaver?

Which cape mods are you using? Cloaks of Skyrim? Winter is Coming?

I was planning on sticking with the Vanilla bodies, but if it means extensive clipping with cloaks and the like, I might have to rethink it...although I've also got a lot of armor mods, and I need to see what body they work with.

you just have to play around with them, they dont clip on all armors, here's a short vid to show ya.

and i'm sure most of us use mod armors, but i know so far that most in CiS dont clip on the guard armors(they have no shoulders), one type didnt clip on orcish, and i'm sure there are more.

edit: also try adjusting your body size, that could change some clipping.

Cloaks of Skyrim. The author did a beautiful job on the cloaks, they just don't seem to work for female bodies + most of the light armors I've tried.
