My current game got hosed because Forbidden Legends will not start. Since it will not start the Ivory Dragon Claw does not spawn. Without the Ivory Dragon Claw I can not complete Forbidden Legends and the repeatable quests for Words of Power is stuck on Fulgunthar. Since the Words of Power is stuck I can not ask the High Hrothgar guy for locations of more words.

Is there a cheat for the xbox 360 to either reset the quest, give the claw, or allow me to pass through the door?

The claw spawns regardless of the quest stage, Its carried by Daynas Valen whose dead when you find him in Fulgunthar. You need the claw from his body just to lower the bridge in order to reach the door. So if you've reached the door in Fulgunthar you already have the claw.
