There are two new areas to explore not including the castles for each respective faction.

The two new areas are big, but not "new continent big"

Also this should probably have been posted in the spoilers board. I'm not sure but it might be better there

WHY NOT!?

First, I doubt they would add new provinces because they are waiting for their turn to be made. I doubt they would add older provinces because... I just don't see it. THe landmass for some provinces are just there for show and as a modder's resource.

technically one of the casltes is right on the Morrowind border.... i would even argue its in Morrowind...by a few feet

I would say it is across morrowinds border but only accessible through skyrim
